Increasing the benefits for the contractors, whether it is related to security of employment, 2nd pilar, or bonus plan would be a great incentive.

I did not work within Coopers, however I was always in close contact with the headhunter that helped me finding the place I was working, and the backoffice colleagues were always super helpful and very kind.

I would definitely reach back to Coopers if I need a new opportunity in the future. I left the company because I got internalized.

The placement and support for internalization is great. I was only missing more investment in development directly from the company, however I had a specific role that disqualified me from such benefits.
