No real communication within company. People get notified couple of hours before major changes of organisation happen.

Permanent long hours required.
Interessante Aufgaben
Nice tasks and demanding, but there are far to many things going on simultaneously for them to be handled correctly.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very narrow working stations and extreme loud. Only advantage are desks that can be raised.
