Get rid of IB USA, then no justification any longer why top mgr have workplace NY when the employees are in CH - here plays the music. Go back to Swiss values

Culture of fear. No one knows whether still being employee tomorrow or not - therefore no decisions, no strategy, hire&fire mentality

over the last years less and less employees, but more and more workload and with the outsource & offshore strategy even more work than with less internal professionals in Zurich

my boss is ok, but he's just a puppet from his US boss sitting in NY. He has no competences and his boss is micromanager, but not interested in how we are organised or on what we're working... Swiss did all wrong, therefore the US guys tell us now how things should be done

interessting it is if mgmt would let us do our job and perform instead of blocking all and playing political games
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
as this company has nothing to do with Switzerland and its values, but managed by US guys sucking blood of the Swiss cash cow within the holding there are NO good values and no sustainability NO WHERE, not in technology, not in strategy, nor with leadership
