Social benefits and working from home. There is a WFH Policy in place, but either HR nor no one else checks if it’s being adhered.

They try to improve so much and they do this and start that … but in the end lots of it doesn’t get done, due to missing backbone of mgmt/lesfership team. Employees know that as well: so; why putting in any effort?

It depends on the department and Manager. If you’re part of the holy engineers, you will have a better life and can easily play the so called management. If you belong to the others: well, you will discover quickly your value.

It’s a Data Centre… they try to become more carbon neutral, however: a lot of it they only do to lower costs and greenwashing
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Each department builds its own group. There are some rivalries and blaming culture. Management and leadership team are aware since many years, but can’t get it under control.

Every employee knows, that some employees can breach rules, but never have to face any consequences. Can be behaviour as well as health & safety related rules. Overall the majority of the Management and Leadership Team isn’t qualified to lead.

There’s a lot of communication, but often the important stuff does not get shared. Not necessarily on purpose: management and leadership team are not capable.

Interessante Aufgaben
Since the take over from Digital Realty (US), this is changing. Don’t think outside the box, just work within your Silo. Interxion was different and better in this. But it depends what you want.
