Could pay higher wages. They speak a lot about wanting to have top tier people. To get those top tier people, you need to pay top tier wages.

Thank you very much for your feedback on kununu!

Although you apparently left the company in 2024 (at least that's what I read in the header), I appreciate that you are still giving us a good, solid rating – and also recommending us as an employer. You seem to have been very satisfied at dormakaba in most of the areas surveyed – thank you also for the five stars for the working atmosphere and equality; both important issues!

From the perspective of our salary policy, I can assure you that we pay absolutely in line with the market; this is also shown by the current benchmarking comparisons within our industry. In the last two salary increase rounds in particular, we were also able to give our employees a significant real wage increase, in addition to the already established monetary benefits package to support home office, commuting, etc. And finally, in my view, it is the overall compensation package that is decisive, which also includes the benefits of our pension fund, our personal insurance policies and other additional benefits.
