- This is definitely NOT an international environment, intermediate German knowledge is not sufficient also for intermediate managerial jobs, so do not even dare to apply if you are not a native speaker.
- This information however came surprisingly only during the interview that despite all was conducted only in German.
- One interviewer asked chemistry questions that were relatively basic.
- One interviewer was particularly unfriendly in the way he was asking the questions and the lack of interest in the candidature appeared to be obvious on many occasions.
- It is also hard to judge the competence of this specific interviewers (who is supposedly a chemistry expert at PhD level) who could not answer very basic chemistry questions, or answered simply with "I don't know", or "why do you want to know that".
- Additionally, when the obvious question form the candidate came: why am I here, why did you invite me then, the answer was: I did not have the chance to read your cv before, something must have gone wrong with your application. WOW!
