leanr a lot quickly (on the job)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- As soon as you are body leased, your manager/sales only cares about your working hours
- only one performance review per year is not enough for a firm which says to be the "biggest" private IT Swiss firm
- you will have very rare courses (scrum, java, certifications, .Net,...) that you can register for(very small budget and even if you get registered often the clients is put 1st and you need to cancel your participation.
- weak management (from head of division to the top)
