- good workplace - Maybe think doing team event during the working hours
Angestellte/r oder Arbeiter/inHat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung im Bereich Forschung / Entwicklung bei ELCA Informatik AG in Basel gearbeitet.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I like the new locations in Basel and Bern.
Kommunikation
It would be great to have an interface that lists all the latest news sent by our HR, directors. Today, we have mails which is pretty good but a place that centralizes all important informations would be great
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Our job does not make easy our collegiality due to different locations of places (onsite, remotely, different offices). And most of the time, team event are outside the working hours which is not good for me.
Gleichberechtigung
I feel some women are still underestimated.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
For the environment, I don't think at Basel we really do things that help us to to take care of it
