ELCA is leading IT company in Switzerland. In order to stay on top more should be done.

It probably depends on team members and projects. It was and is very good in all my projects.
Kommunikation
People thinks there is room for improvement. However, I don't get really why people nagging so much about. To my experience, it is good.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
All my colleagues were and are top notch guys. They are really good at what they are doing. Most of our colleagues are from ETH/EPF and these guys are particularly good.
Work-Life-Balance
There could be improvement for young mothers and fathers. I don't actually need it but it would surely encourage more women to work at ELCA.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Management in general seems to be a little parsimonious. Given the IT market and lack of skilled software engineers in Switzerland, they should provide more benefits to their employee.
- Coffee should be free
- Loyalty should be rewarded. They got a gift basket to an employee for his 10th year anniversary at ELCA. This guy deserved more
- More training should be offered
Interessante Aufgaben
It definitely depends on project. I find it harsh to give low score in this particular topic as there are lots of projects and one cannot expect all them to be interesting. However, Lausanne is the King's Landing. There is a huge chance to work in an interesting projects if you work there.

There is absolutely nothing to fear if you have migration background or are coming from a minority or another religious background.

There is actually lot of room for improvement however it would be incorrect to state that current benefits and conditions are bad. They are OK.

I think the salary is OK.
If your scale is billion dollar IT giants then you should apply elsewhere. There are three different pension scheme.
