My experience at EPAM couldn’t have been better.
Even though I was working directly at the client’s site, someone from EPAM would call me regularly — about once a month — just to check in: how I was doing, if I had too much workload, if everything was fine.
That personal touch really made a difference.
EPAM also organizes social events frequently, which helps you feel part of the team and stay connected even if you work off-site.
