Inconsistent. Sometimes great, truly best practice. Same amount of times, the communication is examples of what not to do.

If you assert yourself and ally with the right partners, you will be able to put your computer away after dinner.

My experience may have been particularly bad. The partner did end up leaving the company.

When you get on projects or enter roles that fit your interests. It is possible, but utilisation always comes before interest
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
See few in technical roles, many in partner positions. Naturally. Would like to see more seniors in non managerial roles, as some perform better there

Too few call rooms for virtual meetings. Results in noisy environments and confidential information being discussed in the open. Cold during winter, hot during summer.
