To the management: Make your employees happy - Don t take them for fools and sneak in unfair clauses into the employee policies without communicating it.
Kommunikation
Poor communication, flood of emails from Service Line, Country, Region and some strange Regional and Area "Leaders" that you never heard about. Often you hear from other people what will be communicated days ahead - if there is a communication at all.
Everything will be communicated positively - at least they try.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are many amazing people, with which you can collaborate. As everywhere there are also some people which you want to avoid.
Work-Life-Balance
Its project work... Hence there will be peaks. Enjoy the time between the projects and get some rest. If you want, you will get work life balance, but you will have to learn to also say No.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Walk the talk is a unknown thing. Internal problems will last for 1 - 2 years before actions are taken. Sometimes the "problem" will also simply be transfered to another Servuce Line - problem "solved" :)
There are some goos leaders, but they soon leave as they see the "old dogs" won t change nor accept the change.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends in which department you are, how well EY is known for it and how well your Partner is in acquiring projects. I was lucky and could do many interesting projects.
Gleichberechtigung
Very good, I just don t like it when Fast Forward Womans becomes to slow down the "others".
Recently I got a list of trainings for my top talents, 4 out of 5 trainings were for woman only....
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Not competitive. They do salary benchmarks but probably archive the immediatel. More salary for the employees would also mean less for thw Partners. Two other Big 4 pay much better.
