Working at Flowable has been a great experience so far. The team is supportive, the working environment is positive, and I genuinely feel that the company cares about my development.

One area that could be improved is the onboarding process. While I understand that there's a lot to learn, the initial experience was a bit overwhelming due to the amount of information presented at once. A more gradual or structured introduction to the company’s processes and tools would make things smoother for new hires.

Es gibt auch dir Möglichkeit zur Teilzeitarbeit und man kann somit alles gut miteinander vereinbaren.
Es wird sehr viel Wert auf die Weiterentwicklung gelegt. Weiterbildungen (intern/extern) & auch die Karriere werden gefördert.
Das Gehalt könnte transparenter sein und die Benefits etwas besser.
Es wird immer dafür gesorgt, dass man was unternimmt oder sich austauscht! Für jeden ist was dabei und dadurch wird der Zusammenhalt gestärkt.
Das Durchschnittsalter ist eher jung, jedoch werden alle Mitarbeitenden (auch dir älteren) gleichbehandelt.

Die Aufgaben sind sehr interessant und abwechslungsreich! Man ist auch offen über neue Projekte und Aufgaben zu diskutieren.
Due to Covid, there is still not the same mood in the company as before - but it starts to come back again. When a lot of people are in the office, you can feel the energy of the people.
The Image (especially in Switzerland) changed dramatically in the past 4 years. From a not well known company to a company, which is well known and appreciated within the BPM space.
Due to the growth, there are always people in certain projects and positions, which are missing. But the company tries to fill the gap and if there is more work to do for single employees, HR is tracking it and solutions are worked out with the employees. But people have more or less the freedom to organize themselves, depending also on projects or clients.
Internally there are regular lunch and learns. If a team member wants to do an external education (eg. MBA) the company is supporting. There are many 80% team members because of that.
There is real teamwork. Within all the departements - achieving a goal togethers is really, what counts.
There are not a lot of older team members - but there is no difference between the younger and the older generation.
All team-leaders (Fleaders) are sitting in the same office and are part of the team and day-to-day business. They care and listen to employees. Feedback is welcome - even if not all suggestions are considered in the end.
Nice and modern, spacious offices. Modern work equipement.
Regular townhalls and internally everything is communicated on Yammer.
As the company is growing, also work is changing constantely. There are Job-Enrichements and everyone has the opportunity to grow or do other work (eg. help on sales cases, do internal projects, different clients)
