Arbeitsatmosphäre
The pathological environment they created here is sold as care for people. It could not be further from reality. The reality is that so many people in this place act in immoral ways, and it's not only tolerated but also deliberately hidden. Disgusting place without any integrity.

The amount of backstabbing you would experience in this place will shock you. Special credit goes to the change management practice that is full of backstabbers, credit stealers, and people without any integrity who would do just anything for visibility.

No older colleagues. The general treatment in this place is pathological.

Those are people who got their roles because of who they know and not their competencies and it's very visible. That's also why the company has no direction at all and is not doing well. But this is exactly what you get when you promote incompetent people who don't know what they are doing.

Terrible. There is no management or leadership in this company, what they call management here is ridiculous and of course they promote the same poor character as themselves. I have never worked in such a terrible, pathological environment without any integrity.
Kommunikation
There is no communication in this place. This is deliberate because so many people here think they can do whatever they want and act however they want and no one will learn about it. Mobbing and harassment from the individuals they call managers and partners is a normal thing here. They say one thing and do another and no agreements are respected.

Communication was open, professional, and generally very clear. There were a few occasions where updates could have been shared a little earlier, but overall the information flow worked well.
