Gehalt

Overall, I appreciate the benefits provided by the company. However, I believe there are a few areas that could be improved. For example, transportation support or discounts would be very valuable, especially for employees who commute.

Regarding the staff meals. On a few occasions, the quality of the food was not satisfactory, and I chose not to eat the meal provided.

I would also appreciate more information about the company’s policy regarding tips. As a new employee, I am not yet familiar with how the system works, and having clear communication about this would be helpful.
