Work-Life-Balance
No weekends off for months without reqest. Wishes not accepted. 12hours duty is normal. Landing late starting early is a dayly bread. Minimum Rest night stops. Occ is almost always calling ppl in their off days offering 100CHF:-D. Recurent training not even paid . Working two cabs operation for one salary
Vorgesetztenverhalten
1 star is honestly too high grade for them. Different measurness to each eployee. No appreciations just expectations.

Everyone is treated differently. Negativ feedbacks are not accepted.
