If it were up to the management, they'd all be working day and night seven days a week. Literally, the management here don't care about your mental health. There is an old school mindset (the more hours you work the better it is), now obsolete.

The best part of this company, and actually the only thing that can keep you there. Colleagues are great! It is a real pity that they are wasting their talent and commitment for a company that does not know how to value their efforts, and indeed, punish them.

Older colleagues are nice. All my esteem goes to them, for having resisted so many years.

In my experience, the management style drove a lot of frustration among the people I worked with, and several colleagues left for that reason. I personally encountered passive-aggressive behaviour and regular overtime, and personally I found it hard to switch off after work — the boundaries between work and free time didn't suit me. I often felt that the work people did wasn't valued.

There is a complete lack of communication, both from management to employees and between employees. There is a general lack of structure and processes.

In general I would say that it looks like, that everyone is treated in a bad way at the same level.

In general, tasks are interesting. But the management manages to demotivate you so much that you won't find them interesting anymore.
