Interesting work; immature boss and hr responsible
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Colleagues are good, international friendly team spirit, some have a huge work overload. It's a shame the whole culture is overshadowed by an immature hr responsible and a boss without soft skills.
Kommunikation
There's no time for process documentation, which starts to get necessary.
The person responsible for hr is responsible for the whole IT infrastructure too, that itself is a problem. Communication is, when it happens, often dismissive, disrespectful and not in time.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Interesting talks, good humour, skilled people! A plus within that company.
Work-Life-Balance
You will be asked to work on weekends and in evenings. Home office is possible but looked at as suspicious (you'll get calls to control you in the beginning)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Never had anything likewise (in a bad way). Just so you know, some of these ratings are fake (the good ones).
Interessante Aufgaben
Very interesting work. There's a variety of different things you can work on. The agency is small/enough to make work interesting.
Gleichberechtigung
Women and men are paid equally. The gap between highest and lowest salary is huge. You won't be paid more without negotiation. You can have a master and not earn more than 5000.–. (after one year earning 1000.- or so)
