Bern has a different atmosphere to Zurich, probably less stressed
Kommunikation
Again. They strive to improve. Knowledge of Mandarin would be a big advantage. Top Chinese managers do not communicate well with non managers. It is not part of the culture to discuss, as it is in the west.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are good and try to help. There is increasing interaction between Chinese and non Chinese. KPI pressure does affect willingness to help other departments
Work-Life-Balance
The Chinese work all the time, but there are strict timekeeping rules. My WLB is heaps better here than by my previous employer
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Nearly all the Managers are Chinese. Some are better than others. They get a lot of pressure from HQ that they then pass on. Mine is one of the better ones and tries to be respectfully to us. It is always better to get things in writing though as agreements change quickly

Fast changing, so there is always something new.
