Very free to organise my work in my area. Very innovative. Very collegial and friendly within the team.

Very unclear and sometimes incomplete communication between management and team. Loss of motivation among all colleagues in the department, partly due to a lack of communication. In some cases, the team was not involved in technical matters at all or only at a late stage over the last 12 months. There is a lack of a clear strategy in this department.

Exit interviews with colleagues must be taken seriously and, depending on the area, require a quicker response from the board of directors/CEO or management.
