Toxic management. He promotes the wrong people and gives them power, completely blind to who they really are. Everyone makes mistakes, but treating people badly is a character issue—and he ignores it. He believes every lie from sneaky people instead of recognizing those who genuinely work hard. He chooses the wrong people and plays power games. Very toxic. Very unhealthy.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Everyone should be removed and the organization rebuilt completely, with new management and new employees who are kind, honest, loyal, and supportive. Right now, this place feels like hell. Apart from four people, everyone is busy pointing fingers and highlighting mistakes instead of helping. The environment, the people, and the management are toxic except for two team leaders.

They promised different tasks and lied. Management itself lies. What they say is A, but what they do is B. There is no trust, no honesty, no kindness, and no loyalty. Leadership is poor, and one team leader in particular behaves arrogantly, claiming superiority over everyone else and acting untouchable simply because of his position. Poor. Extremely poor.

My overtime hours were canceled as “against the rules,” yet many other employees regularly work overtime without any action being taken.

When a supervisor ir the manager favors you, your success is almost guaranteed. When they don’t, they undermine you, assign you the worst tasks, and may even damage your reputation by spreading false stories.

The manager consistently promotes individuals who lie, cover up their mistakes, and engage in gossip about others.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions are extremely poor. The schedule follows a rigid, military-like structure. Aside from yearly events that continue to decline in quality, and employees being criticized when they are ill, there are no genuine benefits only the expectation to operate under military style discipline.
