Senior Client Partner (w/m/d) 80%-100 %
Your creative freedom
As a senior client partner, you are the central interface between customer, delivery teams and account management - with full responsibility for the quality, efficiency and development of the customer relationship.
- Delivery & Management: You have end-to-end responsibility for scope, time, budget and quality. In doing so, you manage projects and project teams, ensure SLA compliance and proactively manage risks and escalations.
- Customer relationship: You are the primary point of contact on an operational-tactical level. With transparency, reliability and a genuine understanding of customer needs, you build long-term partnerships and identify potential for innovation and growth.
- Economic responsibility: Margin, forecast and budget control are in your hands. You plan resources, manage change requests and assist with drafting offers and contracts.
- Pre-sales & solution design: You actively contribute your delivery experience to sales: from solution definition and offer preparation to convincing presentation to the customer - embedded in a global network of experts.
- Quality & team: You will professionally lead interdisciplinary teams, promote a culture of ownership and drive continuous improvement along established frameworks (Agile, DevOps) - always with a view to compliance and security.

- Several years of experience in budget responsibility, forecasting and margin management
- Safe handling of financial performance indicators and KPIs in the project and service business
- You are characterized by strong stakeholder management and negotiation security as well as a distinctive economic understanding
- You think in a structured way, solve problems in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations
