How you make a difference
- You are responsible for business processes relating to transport and container applications.
- By actively participating in agile development teams, you ensure close collaboration between the Development, Operations and Business units.
- You monitor the performance and scalability of our transport applications and work continuously to optimize the system architecture.
- Your high level of initiative and independent work ethic help you with quality assurance and test planning.
- Along with your team, you support the E2E services and drive forward the development and digitization of the business.
What you have to offer
- You have a degree in informatics, business informatics or an equivalent qualification.
- Your several years' experience as an IT business analyst or requirements engineer, ideally in a logistics environment, help you tackle the day-to-day challenges professionally.
- Thanks to your agile mindset and communicative manner, you place the customers' needs at the center of everything you do.
- You are familiar with requirements analyses and documentation techniques such as UML and user stories.
- You have excellent spoken and written command of German and can communicate well in English.
