Internship Materials Science (gn) 100% for 6 months 
 

 

In this role, you will support the R&D Hydrogen Incubator Team in the electrochemical cell lab in Balzers, Liechtenstein 100% (ng) for 6 months to start in August 2024.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • You will have an active contribution into our electrochemical measurements and analysis
  • Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) and Electrolyzer (SOEC) stack assembling
  • You conduct electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)
  • You assist in identifying new PEM and Alkaline Electrolyzers testing capabilities
  • You maintain existing materials databases
  • You support the implementation of a lab information management system (LIMS)
  • You transform complex test results into understandable application data sheets

 

Your Profile

 

  • You are in a current study program of Bachelor or Master degree in Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry (a valid matriculation is required)
  • Previous experience in the field of electrochemistry and green energy is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel
  • You have strong work ethic and the ability to communicate effectively
  • English skills, German is a plus
