This makes us the world’s leading provider of ground handling services and larger than any single airline. With around 63,000 highly qualified employees, we ensure that travel and trade run smoothly worldwide every day, while driving innovation in the aviation industry. Together, we are shaping the airport experience of the future.

YOUR MISSION
As Head of QHSE, you will act as a trusted partner to the Station Manager while championing a strong and sustainable culture of quality, health, safety, security and environmental responsibility at Swissport Geneva. • Advise and coach managers and shift leaders on risk mitigation and incident investigations, represent Swissport Geneva in relevant committees, and oversee subcontractor audits

YOUR PROFILE

  • A university degree or equivalent professional qualification; a Swiss Federal Diploma of Advanced Studies in Occupational Safety and Health Protection (ASGS) is preferred, or a willingness to obtain one post-hire
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO, OHSAS and/or ISAGO standards; auditor certification is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in QHSE roles within aviation, ground handling or a comparable operational environment
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, enabling you to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline employees to senior management
  • Proven leadership experience, a hands-on and collaborative approach, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical solutions while engaging stakeholders around shared goals

WE OFFER

  • Participation in the Management Incentive Program (MIP)
  • A workplace directly at Geneva Airport in an international environment
  • Attractive flight ticket discounts within the Swissport network
  • Insurance discounts (e.g. health, household and car insurance)
  • Public transport subsidies and commuting benefits
