  • Build, develop, and deepen long-term client relationships, positioning yourself as a go-to advisor on technical accounting and regulatory matters
  • Champion the use of digital audit tools, data analytics, and automation to continuously improve audit quality and deliver greater value to clients
  • Develop and inspire your team through active coaching, structured feedback, and creating an environment where people can grow and thrive
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals, thought leadership, and expanding our presence in the private markets space

Your Skill Set

  • A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; completion of a Swiss CPA (dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer:in), US CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
  • 5-8 years of audit experience for Manager level; 8+ years for Senior Manager level, with a demonstrable track record in asset management, private equity, or private markets at a Big 4 or comparable firm
  • Deep technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and/or Lux GAAP and Swiss GAAP (OR, Swiss GAAP FER), with proven experience managing SEC filings and applying PCAOB standards
  • Strong understanding of private markets investment structures, fund accounting, and the valuation of illiquid assets across asset classes
  • Familiarity with FINMA regulatory requirements and experience conducting supervisory audits is an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating international teams, managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements across jurisdictions
  • Proficiency in digital audit transformation, including audit technology platforms, data analytics, and automation tools
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; German skills are a plus
  • A natural leader and relationship builder, with the ability to inspire teams, manage client expectations, and drive business outcomes
