We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team. Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026. The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of 'Motorsport Valley', with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners. As the Audi Revolut F1 Team continues to take shape, we are offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of projects and programmes across our Live Marketing Operations. If you are an experienced project and asset manager with a background in sports or entertainment events and excel in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to be part of an F1 team competing at the highest level. This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Act as the primary People Business Partner for leaders across our devisions, providing strategic and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Translate business objectives into effective people strategies and support leaders in implementing them within their teams.
  • Drive workforce planning aligned with the Formula 1 race calendar, project milestones, and business priorities.
  • Coach and challenge leaders to maximize individual and team performance in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling sensitive and complex people matters with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition and People Development teams to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture by actively contributing to people initiatives, cultural programs, and organizational development activities.
  • Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives that sustain motivation, wellbeing, and team cohesion throughout demanding race seasons.
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss employment law and support people-related matters across international travel, trackside operations, and remote working environments.
  • Coordinate HR processes related to work permits, immigration, and international mobility for race team personnel.
  • Leverage people analytics and HR data to inform workforce decisions, organizational design, and performance management.

Your profile

  • Federal HR Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Global Mobility or International Assignment Management would be considered a strong advantage.
  • + 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least three years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong business acumen and a service-oriented mindset, with an understanding of the unique dynamics of motorsport and Formula 1.
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience supporting a shift-based, operational, or travel-intensive workforce is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using HR data to support business decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital HR systems, ideally SAP, Successfactors
  • Fluency in German and English written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with changing priorities.
