Job Description
Provide administrative and operational HR support to the Swiss Entity (f.e. Reference letter, confirmations, contracts, agreements).
Support in Timemanagement topics for the Swiss Entity
Coordinate and organise in different HR services (f.e. language courses, Welcome Days, Travel arrangements, handling of invoices)
Support with regular reportings and analysis
General administrative support
Qualifications
Experience in HR administration (experience with Swiss law would be an asset).
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and MS Office applications.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, resilient, and well-organized professional with a solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent in German and English, with high integrity, discretion, and service orientation.

Compensation
