We are looking for our futur Transformation manager Energy Management based in Saverne or Obernai or Paris (France), or in Blieskastel or Osnabruck (Germany) for a permanent contract.
Context:
As part of the continued growth and transformation of our Energy Management Business Unit, we are looking for a Transformation Manager to support the integration and evolution of our organization. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the future operating model, aligning stakeholders and driving strategic transformation initiatives across multiple entities.
What you will do?
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Energy Management organization.
- Build and drive the transformation roadmap, priorities and governance framework.
- Align senior stakeholders and leadership teams around common goals and decisions.
- Support the integration of multiple entities into one cohesive organization.
- Drive execution, monitor progress and ensure delivery of key transformation objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and remove barriers to success.

- You have solid experience in transformation, program management or business change initiatives.
- You understand governance models, organizational design and business transformation.
- You demonstrate strong business acumen and can translate strategy into action.
- You influence and align stakeholders effectively without formal authority.
- You are recognized for your execution mindset, drive and ability to deliver results.
- You communicate confidently in English and thrive in an international environment.
