ad J&J is not a chartiy and focused on results, it can be sometimes hard. the company as themself, in Zug decreased their effort to support their employees continusley.

met some nice people there, generaly very good.

mixed experiance, i met incredable great managers and directors and extramly bad ones. which are not willing to confront situations and avoid conflicts.

nobody in Finance hiers people above 45... LOL you got a job with 45 or you lost. if you are not a super highfligher manager level.
