ad J&J is not a chartiy and focused on results, it can be sometimes hard. the company as themself, in Zug decreased their effort to support their employees continusley.

J&J got a very good reputation in the US and outside. You can learn a lot there and progress, but your job is never safe nor are you.

met some nice people there, generaly very good.

nobody in Finance hiers people above 45... LOL you got a job with 45 or you lost. if you are not a super highfligher manager level.

mixed experiance, i met incredable great managers and directors and extramly bad ones. which are not willing to confront situations and avoid conflicts.
