Overall, the work atmosphere is excellent. You can look forward to coming happy to work every morning. Promises are always kept, further training is even a must and is paid for, the benefits are great, and you’re never bored

Communication can sometimes be challenging due to the language barrier across the different locations. However, solutions are always found quickly! There is a bit of a gap in communication within the whole team, which sometimes requires to follow up on things themself

The camaraderie among colleagues is excellent, and we can openly discuss anything, including salary, without it being a taboo Topic

The work-life balance is great; you can set your own hours, and personal appointments can always be accommodated, even during the workday. No one judges or speaks negatively behind your back when you do so

Since there are no traditional supervisors due to the very flat hierarchy, this question is a bit tricky. Let’s put it this way: the 'supervisors' are always respectful and contribute their ideas, and you can talk to them about anything

The tasks at the company are very interesting, and there’s always something new to learn. You also travel a lot around Switzerland
