one point: I prefer home office not because it's flexible, but because the open office makes it hard (for me) to concentrate/be efficient.
Some people are more sensitive to noises/distractions than others and noise can consume their energy.
In the open office space, sometimes people are in meetings (i.e. talk, some of them really loud) and I can't have my noise cancelling on my head the whole time (not a viable option--causes headaches).
So, if there would be the option of a normal office (i.e. not open), I would certainly enjoy more time in the office with my colleagues during breaks (much better for me than working alone).
Gleichberechtigung
this needs time to evaluate. We have women who work there but whether there is no bias against them in their career progression/perspectives, I can't yet tell. So far I see a rather good picture.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Open office are noisy (crowded), it would be nice to have the option of a normal office.
Otherwise all technical needs are met :)
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The company is working on it. many colleagues are aware of our environmental needs. eg plastic bottles of water and other drinks should be abandoned.
