Absolutely top of what I have experienced in companies so far. Many colleagues are also friends and the interaction with each other is accordingly.
Work-Life-Balance
Work is also part of my life and therefore it is for me implicitly balanced. Nevertheless, holidays are also holidays and free time is also free time. Switching off is as important as being at work.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
It is ok and accepted to give feedback directly to any level of management. The new management has brought more structure and there is definitely a new (positive) wind blowing. There is a spirit of optimism
Interessante Aufgaben
Self-responsibility applies here. There are endless interesting tasks in the company and it is up to each individual to try to find an interesting spot. Supervisors also try to use employees in the right way and most of the tasks are interesting and varied.
