Employees are informed by the management in monthly meetings. Communication paths are short, nobody likes secretes, information is broadly shared.

It's more like a group of friends working together than colleagues. Group activities are not mandatory, but encouraged. Very good team work and great group dynamics.

Working part time and home office is always an option. Private life is respected. Employees are encouraged to consume holidays, don't work over hours and keep a healthy work-life-balance.

No deep structures. Management keeps tight contact to the employees. Good communication.

Main topic is finance. It is possible to talk responsibilities outside the "normal" work, like join the build crew or other group, work as a team lead, etc.

The company is proud to have lots of female employees. Man and woman are treaded equally.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Most of the employees are very young, average age is at 33. Elder and younger colleagues are equally respected. Some older employees have problems with young colleagues in management positions.

Sometimes projects requirement some overtime working, but employees are encouraged to consume the overtime asap.

Not above average, but not bad at all.
