Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- How they value and treat people.
- Environment
- No politics at all
- and much more

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Onboarding process. It doesn't match currently to people without self discipline or own initiative.

More neardy stuff! Internal process review and optimisation.

The Company and managers are taking care of the employees. Ideas and efforts are appreciated and welcome.

There are a lot of communications and informations around which can lead to confusions and misunderstandings.

Never saw such a teamspirit and support from down till up. One of the value is to be like a wolfpack and I can definitely feel this. Challenges are tackled together so there is no need to be a single wolf.

Holidays can be taken at any time when the workload is not so high. Homeoffice is possible.

Managers and supervisors are open to ideas and opportunities. Very supportive against each individual.

Interessante Aufgaben

Tasks are well distributed and organised. It is also like a play ground and open for implementations. The internal system and certification is purely technical and you get in touch with experts in their IT security areas where you can learn and grow.

Even if it is an IT company, women are not rare and are equally respected.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

They hire oldies but mostly youngster. The dealing is the same.

Depends on which floor. Summers can be hot and winters cold. Environment and office furniture are modern and kinda "nerdy". IT is overwhelmed by too many incredible and fancy tools, but once you've found the right ones, it's easier.

Definitive a green hearth in this concrete building.

Salary comes in time, benefits and the amount is average but worth it.

I'm proud and I like talking with others about my job and this company! Other IT colleagues in security knows about this company and their value/spirit.

I don't know much about this but heard only positive things. Switching internally to other departments and opportunities is possible and strengthens the company.
