I would like something more scheduled and structured. My managment is pushing for courses, but the chance of having them, is still unconstant. Also little courses provided by older collegues, it is a good chance to learn, it would be great if it would happend monthly or every other month
Gehalt/Benefits
I'm part of the people coming from another country to work in Biel, so I would like to have the homeoffice possibility more often, and especially defined in the contract. More collegue wouldn't have left the company if it was possible to do at least one week of Homeoffice every 2/3 months.

The older collegue are extrimly knowldge and extremly valuated from the manager
Kommunikation
There is a deep luck of communication between different departments, sometimes it seems more important to respect hierarchy than to be efficient.
