Well managed - for everyone who's complaining we can be happy to be able to work from home and get our salaries timely. Communication from management was always good and clear.

Great atmosphere, great teams and always a lot of fun to work with so many young colleagues!

The new internal communications platform has positively influenced the communication.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I'm sure it depends on the team you're in - but I was always lucky to have a great team with great colleagues - some of the team members even became friends over the years.
Work-Life-Balance
It is all based on trust - very flexible, you can work wherever you want. But you also need to have the courage to say NO - a lesson one needs to learn from the very beginning. If you're a person that says yes to everything it might be difficult for you - for me it always worked out well so far.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Again - it depends on your Coach / Partner responsible for you and your team. But this is obviously similar to other companies I've worked for.
Arbeitsbedingungen
nice offices - very good collaboration spaces. Computer hardware to work with is a topic... but you get used to it and hope for something better in the future.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
As always, it depends. For me it always worked out well - but you need to deliver - if you expect a lot you need to deliver a lot, that's part game.

For me PwC was always a place to learn and grow - I'm very happy that I made the decision to join PwC about 10 years ago. I learned a lot, personally and in business, and I don't wanna miss it!
