So far so good, few improvement points as per usual with Big 4.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Really great opportunities, the teams work extremely well together - we really do collaborate across the different service areas and you feel it in the quality of the work. I have learned a lot already in 3.5 months and know that I will keep learning here. This is highly important for me.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing is very bad, it is big 4, so you need to be able to thrive in that environment. It's all the good and all the bad that comes with such a firm.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I see a major difference in how people are managed. I am lucky with a great manager who is working with me to track and progress my career, but unfortunately not everyone in my team has the same. This is complicated to change because individuals have different management styles, but there seems to be no guidance around it.

Nice colleagues, I think the office needs to be redone to allow for a better atmosphere.
