Kommunikation
Many beautiful and colorful mails. Meaningful looks different. At PwC, you have to distinguish between appearance and reality. Appearances are admittedly quite nice to look at - but only a snapshot.
Gleichberechtigung
At the low level, certainly. The higher it goes, the more the proportion of women becomes less. Since the culture is quite old-fashioned, there is no demand for equality, etc. in the top-management.

IT and HR functions have great potential for improvement. However, the focus is on the cost factor. Since the IT is outsourced, you might be able to live with the performance to some extent. However, HR cannot really be taken seriously.
