Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I left the company after more than 7 years of hard work and no one even cared to actually ask why, not even the hc department. Unfortunately only another confirmation that revenues are more important than people. Salaries of new joiners were lowered with the funny explanation that people should be proud of working for the market leader lol
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Introduce actual kpis for managers and above that are linked to how people are treated / managed. Currently this is not the case and the only kpi is baed on a people survey and only used if they want to give you a worse rating.
