The Digital Intelligence department is pretty cool.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Flexibility, Trust, intelligent people.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I cannot recommend working for PwC if you are highly creative or if you have an entrepreneurial mind and want to build up something on the side. They are highly restrictive, due to the fact that there can be a lot of conflict of interest, which do not go well in the overly compliant landscape of today.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Looking at other ratings, there seem to be many issues in other departments. In essence it really depends on the department you are working in. I guess I got lucky in that sense.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Mostly home office these times. I like it.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Nice and intelligent people. I always enjoyed working with my colleagues.
Work-Life-Balance
Work life balance is pretty nice in the data & analytics department. In fact, the job is super chill but still interesting. Can image though that this is not the case when you do auditing. But hey, what exactly do you expect when working in audit for a big four company?
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Really depends on your partner and the people you work with. In my case, it's pretty good.
Gleichberechtigung
Salary is highly transparent. Most people earn more or less equal on the same hierarchical ladder.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I like it. Super flexible (I can basically work whenever and wherever I want) and good work life balance. Also, you have almost 1.5 weeks per year for personal training, which is pretty cool.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Below average for Data & Analytics.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Well, I do not care much about promotion in this company, as the trade-off in terms of time and money is not worth it in my opinion (probably a lot of times when you are an employee). If you want a nice entry job, then the Data department is pretty smooth. If you are super eager to make a career and do value money more than time, then PwC is also certainly a good employer.
