Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Absolutely nothing.

I was fired after informing my boss that I was going through a very difficult time mentally. It's utterly outrageous! The audacity and cruelty of corporations these days is beyond belief! To sack someone for being honest about their mental health struggles is not just heartless, it's downright despicable. It's an abhorrent display of ignorance and callousness.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The workplace was marred by racism when my colleagues questioned why my skin was darker than normal, demonstrating a complete lack of cultural sensitivity. Furthermore, the shock of hearing a senior manager uttering the abhorrent N-word was deeply disturbing and highlighted the systemic issues within the organization. The presence of sexism only compounded the toxic atmosphere, further alienating individuals based on gender. Moreover, the unfair burden of performing tasks beyond the job scope without acknowledgment or compensation was demoralizing and showcased the exploitation prevalent in that work environment.

I’d like to address the following beforehand:
The behaviour you seem to have experienced is in violation with our Code of Conduct and our values. When it comes to leadership behaviour and cultural climate, we do not accept any form of behaviour that does not align with our values. We have consistent processes in place to provide feedback on (supervisor) behaviour, either directly or anonymously. I am very sorry and equally shocked to hear about the alleged discriminatory behaviour and treatment. This would be unacceptable and would trigger a thorough internal investigation to appropriately address said behaviour and treatment.
