They will do everything to involve you in non-sense tasks and make you less productive.

They claim to have a ED&I politic in place, but at the end what counts is who likes/dislikes you.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

You will find a lot of elder people in their management team with no clue and Dinosaur mindsets.

They don’t care about the environment or anything else. All what counts is how much money you can make them.

Everyone else pays more.
