Undertaking several reorganisations and the way how they're managed. The company's values "courage, passion, integrity" are not credible anymore.
Decision processes are long and inefficient. Depending on the manager employees do not have decision power.

The (upper) management stays the same during the reorganization by protecting each other while their employees need to apply again for their own positions.

The reorganisations showed that everyone is just a number. It didn't
matter how many years someone has worked at the company or how the performance has been. Cost reduction seems to be the main driver.
