Have to work with very old processes and no possibilities to improve them. SAP processes could be improved but nobody wants to improve them… since years!

Apply the processes!!! RUAG took the decision to make KVP improvement processes…. Workers propose improvements and managers don’t even read them!!! It’s real joke.

Depends of the place. In Thun : 1 open office with 40 people… it’s very loud! Hopefully we could do more home office with the covid 19.

The company has put in place some conditions but the employees do not apply them. Cans, coffee, PET goes in the rubbish…
The company and the employees can do better.

Salary is very good but the pension is the worst for Switzerland ! Be aware of this…

They want the “du Kultur” only to rejuvenate the image, to make like a startup or google. But I think it’s a bit an hypocrisy.
