Arbeitsatmosphäre
The 'SensiSpirit' ethos makes it a great place to work. Everyone is friendly, there are loads of events and you feel at home there.
Kommunikation
We're always informed at least bi-weekly of the company progress and there are many other emails and meetings for specific projects so we're never left in the dark.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone is very friendly and approachable. Every single person will always gladly take time to lend a hand or answer questions regardless of how busy they may be. The larger events also help bring everyone closer. Definitely a family atmosphere.
Work-Life-Balance
The work atmosphere is fairly flexible. As long as the work is done, everyone is happy. I very very rarely have to work more than the stipulated working week.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The company is high paced and can sometimes change direction rather quickly, but the management team keeps everyone well informed and, despite the quick development cycles, there isn't too much pressure.
Interessante Aufgaben
There are lots of very varied projects in many areas and in my role I get exposure to most areas which keeps things interesting.

The company always tries to help protect the environment whereever possible. It's actively encouraged and when possible always followed through upon.

My impression is that more-or-less everyone is happy. People are proud to be 'part of the story'.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The company hierarchy is very flat so I'm not sure how much opportunity there is for career progression.
