Working at this company was a deeply disappointing experience. From the outside it seems like a strong and reputable place but the reality is completely different. The atmosphere is tense and filled with negativity. Leadership does not address concerns directly but constantly talks behind people's backs. Instead of solving problems they gossip and create an unhealthy work culture.
The mood in the office is terrible. There is constant pressure and competition instead of teamwork and support. The environment feels hostile rather than professional. I never felt comfortable or valued.
Career development is promised but never happens. Promotions are not based on performance but on favoritism. Hard work is ignored while those who play the political game move ahead.
Work-life balance does not exist. Long hours and unrealistic expectations are normal. Employees are expected to give everything while receiving nothing in return.
The company presents itself as ethical and sustainable but in reality these are just empty words. There is no real commitment to values. Everything is about appearance rather than action.
This is not a place for growth or success. The lack of respect and transparency makes it impossible to build a future here. I would not recommend working at this company to anyone.
