Depends of the department of course, will say that the mediocrity from the managers and the overall situation strengthen the bond between employees. First and Second line managers are completely underwater, focusing on everything except what they are suppose to do. ‘You should do this …’ ‘you should do that ..’ these people need sometimes to remind themselves that we are all grown people, and know what we do.
