Solange es keine ausserordentlichen Ereignisse gibt, läuft alles gut. Sobald die Vorgesetzten gefordert wären (ausserordentlich hoher Arbeitsanfall, Fluktuation, Team-Zusammenlegung) fehlt es meiner Meinung nach an Führungskompetenz.
